I'm Evan- sister, daughter and mother. My mission is to be there for my guests and help provide solutions to beauty. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and I am genuinely passionate about all things beauty {hair skin makeup etc}. I feel staying current with trends and education is crucial for this profession. That's why I participate in at least eight classes a year to learn and develop my talents to better serve you. I am always learning to be the best version of myself and I'd love to help you on your journey as well.
Named after its owner, Evan Barnett, Evanlution Hair + Makeup is a beauty business for all. Evan specializes in natural, texturized hair. (That's good news for all you curly-haired gals! It's hard to find someone who understands those waves, isn't it?) With extended education in hair painting and extensions, Evan's always looking for ways to learn new and up-and-coming techniques to make your life easier.
Evan studied at J&M Academy and worked under other salon owners before branching out on her own. With ten years of experience in the beauty industry and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she opened her own salon in 2015.
Today, Evan offers services in and out of the salon. She enjoys collaborating with other artists for styled shoots and fun projects. She’s inclusive and accommodating for all hair and skin types …and her focus is you! Whether it’s a regular day or a special day, Evanlution is here for it.
